At Pearlfectly You, you always have 60 days to change your mind from the day your parcel was delivered to your local service point or to your home. You can arrange a return by following the instructions here. Returns are free of charge. The product must be unused and look exactly as it did when you received it. All jewellery must be returned in its original packaging. If there are any signs that the product has been used, we will not accept the return. If the return is not accepted, we will send it back to you. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is in perfect condition, correctly packaged and verified before returning it. For parcels that are not collected from the collection point on time, Pearlfectly reserves the right to charge you an administration fee of €15 to cover the return postage and administration costs. Once we have received your return parcel, we will process your return within 14 days. During peak season, this may take longer.
